洞穴房間很有特色，我向前台小韓查詢了很多有用資訊，感謝專業的服務! 國際級服務水平值得好評!另外一位前台，早餐的服務員和保安先生服務也很好。 兔子大門，文青大堂和酒店走廊的圖書閣 ，拱門的沙發位都是拍照的好地方。

常來的一家店了這次的感覺一般前台給我感覺還不如客房阿姨熱情 客房內有明顯的蜘蛛網住了兩天退房的時候反饋給前台居然推脫責任説酒店綠植都是真的 意思就是這些是應該出現的唄 還有特地選了有浴缸的房型 放了滿滿一缸水準備泡澡了全是冷的沒有熱水 後面給我説要先中間開一會再往熱水那邊開 雖説是操作問題 但是酒店員工應該提前告知一下 我們下去問了意思我們怎麼沒有提前問好 服務態度讓人有些失望

到達杭州前臨時改的這家酒店 非常滿意！ 首先離杭州東站近 打車起步價就夠了；其次，房間有創意，適合拍照！再次，房間內設施也比較好，很乾凈，設備很新！小孩大孩都非常滿意！最讓我感動的是， 我要定的洞穴房沒房間了，前台小明主動幫我想辦法，讓我住上了心儀的房間！

This place is one of the most unique hotels I have ever been to. The aesthetic is stunning. I only stayed one night, but wish I had been able to stay a week or two. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was worth it. The next time I am in Hangzhou I will definitely be staying here again.

收藏很久了但真住進來體驗以後還是稍微有點失望。環境不錯，但是房間沒有桌子想辦公學習都衹能在床上。也沒有窗子，然後loft台階燈晚上也關不了，空調是定頻的，聲音太大風速也調節不了晚上巨吵。

酒店裝修非常棒，房間比圖片裡看著還寬敞，還配有浴缸，非常棒的入住體驗。 前台小韓服務非常棒，善解人意，對客戶提出的需求能很好解決。 酒店附近交通方便，吃喝玩樂的也很多。
